Privacy policy

This website has no contact forms or subscription services such as a newsletter. The server that hosts the site automatically records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page and response status) for security and operational purposes. To understand which public pages are useful, the site loads a self-hosted Plausible Community Edition analytics script, which measures aggregated page views, referrers, outbound-link clicks, file downloads, valid form submissions, relevant interface actions (navigation, registrations, documents, contact and language selector) and active time on the page and the scroll depth reached, at aggregated thresholds without cookies or persistent identifiers. Some pages include YouTube players in Privacy Enhanced Mode to show institutional videos. When the browser loads a player, YouTube may receive technical connection data such as the IP address, browser information and referring site, as well as data about interactions with the player.

Server logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days (access logs) and 30 days (error logs); this processing is based on the legitimate interest of ensuring the security and operation of the website. Aggregated analytics with Plausible is based on the legitimate interest of improving the public content; metrics are retained for a maximum of 25 months and do not identify a visitor. The Association does not retain the technical data that YouTube may receive through the embedded players. Google describes the applicable legal bases and its retention periods in the Google Privacy Policy.

The website is hosted on a virtual server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, which acts as a data processor for the technical data generated by the operation of the site. Analytics runs on a self-hosted Plausible Community Edition instance at analytics.rogerbg.cat, which processes aggregated visits on behalf of the Association and does not combine them with other sites. When a player loads, Google or YouTube may receive and process technical data as external providers in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

The website is hosted on a private virtual server (VPS) operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, with access restricted to the Association's administrators. The server automatically records the date and time, IP address, HTTP method, requested page (without query parameters), response status, response size in bytes and duration of each request. Access logs are kept for 7 days and error logs for 30 days; only administrators can access them, and they are not combined with any other data source.
